Life Transitions

  • Do you feel like you’re in a slump and can’t get out of it?

  • Are you struggling to manage a lot of changes happening in your life?

  • Have you just gone through a big transition and don’t know what to do next?

  • Are you struggling to find purpose and meaning in your life?

I love working with individuals who are going through big changes in their lives. (College students, empty nesters, and career changers I’m looking at you.)  With transition comes some uncomfortable feelings around embarking on unchartered territory, but it’s also a chance to do things differently and renovate our lives. It can be challenging to adjust when we feel like the universe is throwing us a curveball, but it’s also an amazing opportunity for growth.  Gear up, because I plan to push you out of your comfort zone (just a little I promise!) and I will be right there beside you as we navigate this new chapter together.

People Pleasers

  • Do you feel like you are always doing things for other people and never have time for yourself?

  • Do you find yourself often saying “yes” to things you really don’t want to do?

  • Do you wish you could stand up for yourself to the people around you, but don’t know how?

  • Even if you may not show it are you a sensitive person who feels deeply?

I’m talking codependency issues, boundary setting, and managing narcissists who suck our energy dry. Working with Empaths and Highly Sensitive People (HSP’s) are some of my favorite clients to work with.  I adore this work and have dedicated a lot of time to specializing in these issues to help individuals morph into their kickass authentic selves and cultivate an inner peace. I understand the mental struggles that come with the “disease to please” and strive to create a supportive, understanding, and solution-focused environment to help you start getting your own needs met and cultivating healthy relationships with others.

All the Other Stuff

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Relationship Issues

  • Narcissistic Personality

  • Stress Management

  • Low Self-esteem

  • Work-Life Balance

While I do specialize in the areas above that doesn’t mean I can’t/won’t work with you if you bring something else to the table.  Nevertheless, there are some presenting issues that I will typically refer out.  Two of these examples are child & family therapy.  I don’t feel super confident in these areas, hence why I don’t typically work with these cases. Keeping in mind this is a two way street, I want to feel confident in being able to provide tangible results to my clients and I want my clients to feel like I get them and ultimately that we’re a good match. I want you to have the best experience possible and in our initial consultation call we’ll mutually decide if I’m the optimal provider for your needs.
